I'm looking for a Good Adwords Management company/person?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good adwords management company to run my adwords campaigns. Does anyone know of a good company that doesn't charge thousands just to set up the account and then do minimal work?

There are so many companies out there that charge huge setup fee along with a monthly flat fee and their results just don't cut it.

I would be interested in a company/person that would actually manage my campaigns, improve quality scores and lower my ppc costs. Most of all, I would rather have a company that would get a % commission of each sale rather than a flat fee.

Any recommendations? Thank you,
