Adwords is the most effective & profitable PPC system out there on the market. I've heard bad things about MSN, well I guess it's Bing now or whatever and Yahoo's is ok. I suggest checking out some of Perry Marshall's stuff on Adwords. Really killer stuff :-)

I've used yahoo for some campaigns, it is a lot simpler than adwords because you don't need to deal with Google's annoying Quality Score and it's also a bit cheaper than Google. I'm getting good traffic for less money. But somehow I got used to only using Yahoo only after I get good results from Google. hope I helped... |

MSN Adcenter is actually pretty good. For a lot of niches, you get higher conversions on it than Google.

I've got about $75 of google PPC vouchers, not used them yet though, so couldn't tell you if it's worth it or not. I've heard good and bad things about it, but more bad things than good. I prefer using free traffic methods right now, I'll save the vouchers until I bring my first product out I think. Paul. |

Other PPC search engines: Microsoft adcenter. Yahoo search marketing. General observation: Lower cost and traffic than Adwords. Also depends on type of niche market. Some marketers have reported same amount of traffic but lower cost than adwords. At the end of the day, testing is the key. Start with low budget and check your results. Regards |

dbbrock1, Yeah, Perry Marshall's wordpress platform is not pulling content from the database, that's why the pages are empty. Only displaying header, footer and sidebars. Google the following: "perry marshall" adwords "perry marshall" products If you check the cached pages you will find all the information about his products with links to order forms. Cheers. |

There are three main factors which influence success on PPC: 1. the keywords you target. 2. the ability of your ads to attract clicks. 3. the ability of your website to convert clicks to enquiries/sales. You will find plenty of information on points 1 & 2 (Perry Marshall's Definitive Guide To Google Adwords being one of the best) but where most campaigns flounder however is on point 3. Always remember this; clicks COST you money, website conversion EARNS you money. Therefore spend as much time on learning website conversion techniques as you do on gaining PPC knowledge. If you do I guarantee that you will find that time well rewarded. Colin Parker |

I use mostly AdWords, but been playing with Yahoo and MSN AdCenter. Adwords is a real time saver compared to Yahoo! MSN is good with their new editor, but the most traffic you can still expect from Google.

| PPC is the only reliable source of traffic. I'm not one to say SEO is bad, but without PPC a business can go BK. I know of businesses that built there entire biz around SEO only to get Google slapped and watch their business go BK almost overnight. Once you have mastered your niche with Adwords, the sky's the limit. Too many Newbies and Experienced IMers don't understand the importance of Guaranteed traffic and how important it is to your overall marketing strategy. You need traffic from all sources including paid. |

What I mean is that you invest only $25 and draw visitors to your site. And see whether you make profits more than $25. Of course, the $25 may vary but I guess anything within $50 can be called cheap? Is there any program guiding you to do this? There should be, surely? | |

I think google is the best out there. But, google has the so called quality score meaning the lower your score is, the higher your going to pay per click. I think it has to do with your landing pages and the keyword your bidding and your cost per click. But if you dont know how to do it, you can go broke very fast. I would suggest watching some course on PPC before jumping into one. MSN or Bing is pretty good and it's a lot cheaper.
