Default Youtube question

Is there anyone getting backlinks from youtube.com?
Is it valuable?

Those links are "nofollow" links.

Youtube is a high PR site but most people who post their links in youtube are not after backlinks but for possible clicks by hungry customers. If you are promoting Gucci bags and made a related video about it, and your video is asking them to click on your link so you can show them how they can save up to 90% off on a branded Gucci bag, don't you think that 80% of those who searched for Gucci bags would click your link right away (out of curiosity maybe) just because of what they saw in the video. After that, it's up to you how do you plan to convert these clicks.
