I does matter if the site links to you.

Thanks for answering! I do mean if the site links to you, like placing links to your site on other websites, as in Angela's backlink packet. Each item has a Page Rank associated with the site, and I just don't understand the implication of the page rank.

10 is the best, 0 is the lowest, however, 0 is better than "not available".
