Adsense Ready Templates (ala Wordpress, Joomla...)

Hello -

Been wondering what makes an 'adsense ready' template and different than a regular template when it comes to designing for Wordpress, Joomla, etc?

There is a wordpress template called heatmap and its pretty awesome as far as adsense goes.

It allows you to place your adsense code almost anywhere you want it. No manual coding needed.
