Is there an easy way to get an ad position number in Google results? If I search on a keyword, I'd like to see what position a specific ad is in the results list without manually counting. Thanks |

What I'm looking for is a simple plug-in that puts a line number next to each result down the left side of the page. I don't mind setting Firefox to display 100 results and using cntrl-f to find my domain name. It wouldn't even have to keep track of the page number I was viewing - I'd just add the page in hundreds to the line number.

I use SEOBook's Rank Checker: Rank Checker - Track Google, Yahoo! Search, & Microsoft Rankings Free It's a great tool and makes it possible to check dozens of keywords within seconds. Cheers, Josip Barbaric |

You mean in Adwords? If I'm not wrong, Google Adwords has it's own position prediction integrated into it's tool when you purchase new keywords for its PPC. |

I believe you are talking about the SERPs. Mouse over the Cached page link next to the URL. Don't click on it. At the bottom of your browser, you'll see the full link with some parameters that Google adds. One of those is &cd= followed by a number. That number is the position number of that listing. |

Thanks guys. Your suggestions helped a lot. I ended up with SEOTools Rank Checker in Firefox.
