Anyone can recommend me a most accurate tool for checking SE poisition

I am annoy for checking the keywords SE poisition now,I used several tools to monitor some keywords poistion,but their results are usually diffrent,one is Free site counter and web tracker. Free MySpace tracker. Free hit counter. is SEO web tool Google pagerank prediction, Live PR, get reciprocal, one way, three way, link exchange, free add URL, submit article I also use google ad preview tool to manually search the keyword using google.com engine and US location,I know the SE poisition check's results depend on where I am and how often the keywords I am searching for.
now the question is why the results are so diffrent,which one I should trust the best,and are there some tools can give me the most accurate results no matter where I am and how often I am searching for.

Get it straight from the source. Use Google's Webmaster Tools, which tells you exactly which keywords are driving traffic, how much traffic and their exact position in the SERPs
