I already have that but it does not give targeted blogs

That is pretty weird, it plainly states targeted blogs on their web site. I have it but have not used it. So I don't know what to tell you unless you want to do it using Google search. Or there are a number of WSOs for back link lists that are very cheap. Not quite free, but really close. I pay $10 a month for 500 high rank forums, which I think is very reasonable, way cheaper than my time is worth to find them myself. But again, not targeted.
