Hubpages Backlink Trick

I've been testing some Hubpages vs. Squidoo pages. For me I'm getting way more traffic from Yahoo. And the affiliate opportunity seems pretty good so far.

Here is the catch. I am getting traffic with ZERO SEO effort on my part. Just writing the article about a topic (After doing Keyword Research), posting a picture, a short article I write, and a couple of Ad Boxes... Adsense, Amazon, eBay, etc. I don't use them all on each post.

The only real "trick" I am using is to use the exact keyword phrase in the title and a couple of times in the article body.

Yahoo seems to like this.

So I'm going to test it for awhile - afterall who really likes doing linking campaigns? I might do better with them, but I want to know how well I can do without them.

In the comment field. Use your Keywords not your name so you get whatever backlink keyword juice you can. Then use your hubpages URL in the webmaster field. I'm interested in seeing if others can rank well in Yahoo doing this too.

Interesting.

I used to get lots of traffic to my hubs from the SE's - until hubpages became no follow. Hubpages now has an extremely strict system. I will try your method.

If you have a low ranking, below 50 I believe, then HubPages makes your links nofollow.

That is interesting thing man, I heard yahoo loves content a lot than backlinks, here it is proved.
