Can I alter my 'ads by Google' title to appear at the BOTTOM of my ad unit/link unit?

I'm sure I've seen this on sites...I think it would be much better.

Is it legal or could I get in trouble?

Example:

Ads by Google
ad
ad
ad
ad

Changed to:

ad
ad
ad
ad
Ads by Google

I'm sure I've seen it a lot. Maybe I'm wrong?

The other question I had was can I change the size of my ad unit? Would that fit more ads in it?

I think it is safer to use the adsense ads generator to format your ads instead of altering the ads manually yourself.
