Google doesn't allow one person to have multiple adsense account. You can have 1 personal account and 1 business account but then the payment for business account must be under the company name. While you can try to register using a different email address, Google have ways to track by IP address etc. So why risk getting banned?

This is not allowed by Google.

However, some people do this by setting up accounts for companies.

Business account should be under company name and personal account should be under you... In short, you can't have 2 accounts under your name..
