My landing page sucks :( - I am getting lots of clicks to merchant but no sales

Can someone please please help me.

I am promoting the product of the Wealthy Affiliates - Stripthatfat.

My campaigin in adwords has a good clickthrough rate and the majority of people who do click, also click through to the merchant page. However after 300 clicks I have made no sales.

I am guessing it is my landing page...maybe my story isnt believeable or i just dont look like i had much weight to lose..or its tacky..but can someone please help me see what i might be missing?

I have been working so hard to make things work...

Usually - you need around 200 hits before you convert. This obviously depends on your product and landing page.

Have you set it up correctly?

Looking at your other site - it looks as though there are some html coding problems.

This could be the reason you are getting no sales.

Make sure it is set up correctly and you have the hoplink accurate.

Many E-books and things such as that seem harder and harder to convert on now days. Many clickbank products I have promoted are selling worse than ever. I used to spend around $40 to make $100 now im spending $85 to make $100 which scares me because if its not converting well for that day or keywords I am loosing money fast.

May be your merchant page is not the good one ... so just try to use other merchant of the same product.

If your Landing Page sucked, they wouldn't be clicking through to the merchant. So either you are pre-selling them wrong or the merchant doesn't convert well.

Do you offer any bonuses and/or are you collecting as many emails as possible so that you aren't wasting money?

I would agree with Kirk. If people are clicking through to the merchant site then you are doing your job. It's the merchant page that is not selling the product to them.

You should split test different merchants that are similar until you find the one that converts the best.

I ended up putting in general discussion part of warriorforum. I did have other pictures on it that were apparently off putting...i.e. MY PICTURES....

I still have my abs picture up..but again too skinny, but have subsequently stopped campaign.

I have changed the lay out a little..it did have this layout with my story:

Top 3 Weight Loss Programs Online - that is another landing page I was thinking about trying to promote.

However I sort have come to a standstill.

Agh worked so hard on stuff and now feel overloaded.

Sounds like you are doing your part of the deal okay. You have the adwords clicks and the click through from your site to theirs. It seems like the problem arises on their site
Do you know anyone else that is an affiliate of that site to see what their conversions are?

Well its the product by Wealthy Affiliates. It has a gravity of 100+ on clickbank and according to the WA forum people have had some success but I dont know more than that.

Agh..I just want to convert!!
