Total SEO outsourcing

Has anyone ever thought about outsourcing all aspects of SEO, and presenting the results as your own to a customer?

Yep.

I'm actually one of those that does the seo for ppl that present it as thier own.

On my end it doesn't pay and I'm getting fed up cuz, they collect and are suppose to pay me. Unfortunately when it comes time for them to pay me...they have unforseen emergencies and needed the money more than me.

So...I'm quitting that and just doing it for myself unless someone comes accross with proof that they can pay for what they order.

I just found that is the case on my end....Money is money so unless you have an issue with it.

Just think of them as your personal sales reps.

As far as I know, most of the guys are doing oursourcing and show the results to their clients...

So, that only freelancer sites are really rocking e.g: getafreelancer.com

IMO, everyone should be doing this. Your role in the process should be the strategy guy (or gal). You should be able to look at the client needs, devise a plan that will produce results, and understand the tactical things that need to be done.

The actual tactical things should be completed by someone else...you just need to verify they're done correctly (not hard with reliable team members).

The money is in the strategy...not the tactics.
