I have $75 credit for Google's AdWords from my hosting provider and I would like to spend it on my new affiliate site where I am promoting a ClickBank product. I know $75 is not a lot of money, but I would like to spend it and hopefully get some idea of what kind of ROI I can expect. Is that enough money to do anything worthwhile? How would you go about it? Thanks! |

From my experience, $75 for adwords is not really a lot. Especially if you are just starting out and do not know what to do. You can easily spend a couple hundred dollars and end up nowhere. These adwords credits are nothing special. If the one that you have would expire, you can easily get a new one. I suggest that you first study the subject and spend your time on article marketing in the mean time. It works and it won't cost you an arm and a leg. If you want to make money with affiliate marketing using adwords, you can expect an uphill battle. |

it's definitely enough to do something just that the question is do u know the how-to. be it $75 or $750 or even $7500, if u don't know how to do it right then there no roi to talk about. u should aim to breakeven first instead of thinking of what's the roi u would get. put your campaign to test and u will know if u have done it right. my 2 cents. |

I presume your adwords coupon has expired by now, but FWIW you could just reinforce your view of how your keywords are performing by setting a campaign tracking each of them. Also may give you some ideas for landing page language when you see how some ads convert. The amount of info you get back will obviously be dependant on how much CPC you are paying. Try out some low cost keywords will give you more data, but may be less relevant. As has been mentioned, you can spend a lot of $ and not really have much to show for it. But it might tell you if CPC is in your future as far as a higher conversion rate. Good luck. |
