Default Opt-In email Brokers?

I see that some companies are offering 4 million 'targeted' opt-in email deliveries for about $200. Is this a waste of time or is there hope with opt-in email deliveries? If so, any suggestions of a quality broker?
Thanks so much everybody.

Targeted?

How do they determine that for 4 million people?

Sounds like a waste of money to me.

You would be better off building your own list.

They advertise with big fonts and blinking words and thats why people get trapped. These are the normal practice.

And their target is mainly new bie onbly

4 Million email delieveries for $200? Sounds like a scam to me.

Either that, or they're spamming. Which only makes it much, much worse.

I agree, 4 million targeted, kinda hard to believe.

I would ask for source of leads.

Telling you what, I've been through this before...and the answer is...it's a total waste.

First what do you call "targeted". Numbers are not equal to quality. So forget about the number.

Second this high number simply means that they are all spam.

Third you've probably end up get in the back list by sending spam email even though the provider of this service told you that it's 100% spam-free.

After all it's just a lie to get quick money..

One thing to let you know. Webpronews has one of the biggest mailing list and they are well known for email advertising.

These guys can be trust and ...hey...I bought an ads on their AdWords newsletter and the have 200,000 subscribers!!!

So I wonder how this guy lie to you that he got like 4M subscribers....full of **** though
