Best Link Swap Websites?

Hi to all,

Firstly can I apologies if this question has been asked a million times, I did a search for this first but all I could find was offers and deals for link swaps rather than info.

All I want to do is swap a few links with relevant websites who promote along the same lines as me. I'm attempting the diet pill genre (boo) and would like to link to websites dealing with weight loss, bodybuilding, fitness and such.

Which system would you recommend? For instance LinkMarket.com or Linkpartners.com or any other websites.

I want to do this to make my site more helpful to visitors rather than be involved with a link farm, so I am looking for genuine, credible links.

Once again my apologies if this has been asked many times before, I am a newbie, that's my excuse.

Well I've been using both linkmarket and linkalizer.com, they both are good and I would recommend them...

Thanks Memo, I've not come across linkalizer i'll give it a look. Will give linkmarket a go also.
