Default All in SEO Pack Question

What have people found to be the ideal way to enter keywords into this plugin on Wordpress? Is it just the primary keyword of the blog/page or do you then put more general words pertaining to your market as well?

I feel like there's a fine line between optimizing with the right words and flooding with too many words.

I use this plugin too: I often tag/keyword with only the title and the related LSI keyphrase and leave it at that. It's working for me in terms of getting ranking for those phrases. I suppose I could add more keywords/tags, but I don't.

I used to add primary keyword of the blog + primary keyword of the blog page as well as some other related keywords.

Say the blog is about weight loss. The blog page is about a specific weight loss pills.
So my keywords will be:
Quote:
weight loss, weight loss pills, weight loss reviews, weight loss pills reviews, best weight loss pills, weight loss tips

Yeah the keywords field in All in One SEO should just be like the meta keywords you'd enter for any normal page (that's literally what the keywords field of all in one SEO is)

So your main keyword in there first, then another couple of related ones doesn't hurt.

I always put my primary keyword first followed by two others, maximum of three. It seems to work fine.
