Default LSI keywords and blog tags

Say I have a dog training wordpress blog, I insert key phrase "dog training" 5 times in my article and then add 5 blog tags (LSI key phrases, below)

Tags: dog obedience training,dog train,dog training,dog training collar,dogs training

As you can see there are too many key phrase "dog training" . Will Google devalue my site or page?

Thanks

Hi.

I think it depends on the length of your post.

If it had only 100 words then it would seem a little unnatural to have the keyword phrase so many times.

On the other hand, if your post was 10,000 words long then 10 occurrences of "dog training" in various forms may look totally OK in the eyes of the average human reader.

Some people try to maintain a certain keyword density in their articles and posts. I'm not sure where they get the numbers and I'm personally not convinced it's really a good idea to try and achieve any particular density.

I just try to put the keyword in the title tag, in an H1 tag, and somewhere in the first paragraph. Other than that, I think if you just let the keyword phrases flow naturally in the content without sounding overdone then you'll do OK.

Just my 2 cents.

Wendell
