I have two different adsense ad's on my site, a horizontal at the top and a verticle on the right side. Is there a way in Googles reporting site to see which one of these is generating the hits? I tried every option under the report tab but all I see is a total. I cant figure out how to get the information individually per ad space.

You need to set up channels for each ad. You can set up as many as 200 channels. As you are creating your ads you have an option on the 4th screen that says ad new channel. This will insert the code you need into your adsense block.
Then when you check reports you can see which ad is performing better. You can also use URL channels if you just want to to see which sites are performing better or if you want to track a specific page by URL. |
