Which PPC Keyword Spy Tools Is The Best?

Hi there...can anyone give me suggestion which keyword spy tools is the best for me to spy on keywords to do marketing through adwords. I know a little bit about hexatrack, ppc bully...please give your review or suggestion to me as i really need it.

i have used spyfu in the past. its estimates on spends from other companies are usually in the 20% +/- range. however stats on spending are very delayed.
