H Guys Im am setting up may first ppc campaign and following clickbank code as my guide. In this guide he talks about having a landing page for every add group as well as a high quality authority site. Im having some ppc outsourced and the outsourcers have no idea about a landing page for each ad group but concur about the need for a authority site. What do you guys think does anyone use landing pages for each add group? thanks Robert |

Hi Robert, You should be using a separate ad group for each and every keyword. You ought to be able to use a single landing page for the same product offering in most cases, however its not a bad ideal to use a dynamic page that inserts the appropriate keyword into the page. You just need to be clever about it. I like to use the same headline for the ad and the landing page and use a sub-headline to draw the reader into my sales copy. If your keywords are not following a singular theme then you may need a separate landing page for each keyword theme. At the very least you should be testing a few different landing pages to see which works best. |
