What's the Best BackLink Building Guide?

I would like to find a very clear specific guide to building backlinks step by step.

Any recs?

No guide comes to mind, however, relevance is the key. If you backlink from website in your own niche/vertical, it does wonders for your Google ratings. Some people are more focused on simply getting Quantity vs Quality, which in my personal opinion is a mistake. Slowly building Quality backlinks is the key. Their have been many writeups, etc. on how Google does not like websites that suddenly have 100s / 1000s of backlinks overnight.

The only thing you need to know to build effective backlinks is does the PAGE - not the site, I want to place my link on or be linked from have:

1. PageRank - This means Google has given the Green Light to that page
2. Will the Page Generate Traffic from the link itself.

That's it. The rest is about your ability to find those pages. I use a couple of software tools... SEO Elite and Fast Blog Finder among others to make this happen. And the "secret" to those tools is knowing how to use them.

And the people that keep telling you to build "Slowly" are full of SH**

Google does not care if you build 1 link a day or a 1,000... as long as the links are QUALITY and RELEVANT. And why would they? They don't penalize sites for doing it right.

The people that get banned are spammers using auto software to flood the web with useless links.

Well there seems to be so many ways to build links
directories
article directories
rss feeds
blog posting
social bookmarking
then I read about people doing link wheels...

so what i would like to find (even if it costs) is a step by step guide that shares what to do, when to do it etc.
Naturally it may vary some from site to site but I would like a step by step guide and I dont see that out there...Is it?

look up Travis Sargo with bum marketing method dot com...free info step by step info to get you started.

It's only good if you like writing...

Daniel Molano's blog is good too and offers free reports.

I have read both Travis's info and Daniels...both are fantastic.

But I need a total guide that includes all the things I mentioned above.
