I put up a new site about a week ago. Seo'd it to the max and found a really great kw loaded domain. blah blah. Anyways out of over 55million results I was number 6 within 4 days. I know what you are thinking 'rank and tank' but I don't think so. This kw was awesome after doing my research I found less than 2k sites were even remotely optimized for it. I analyzed the top 10 and knew it would be pretty easy. A few sites with low PR and few back links. Only one other kw loaded domain in the top 10. (only one authority site) Anyway I did nothing crazy probably 10 video submissions 14 web 2.0 properties and about 10 article submissions (many have not even been indexed yet). I also did an RSS and podcast blast but this was over the course of a few days with a kw that gets over 500 hits from Google alone every day (verified). I have a hard time believing I overdid it to the extreme to get banned. I have hit new sites much less hard than this that did not have as much KW traffic and have not been boxed. Anyway all of my pages are there Privacy Policy, contact, sitemap, about but the main part (post) of my site has been de-indexed. verified site:"mysite.com". I am not showing any backlinks as of yet but some of my rss feeds are in the serps one is even in the top 10. I thought if Google banned my site the wipe out the ENTIRE domain. I have never heard of just taking out one page? It was all unique and passed copyscape I used no BlueFart at all. I even had a video that had good user value that was not even related to my offer. I also cloaked all affiliate links with gocodes. I'm at a loss. I don't want to contact Google because then they will do a human review and although I am sure it would pass I'd rather not chance it. Any ideas? Also is it possible to edit a header after posting, I meant to say post in the headline. I'm tired... |

Hmm, can take a better look if you'd be willing to post the domain up Christian |

This is probably the best KW I have ever found so I'm just not going to let it out sorry. The situation should not require it. I know it's de indexed although Google webmaster tools shows no indication of it. (it's not in the serps) I have been to the Google dance many times but this takes the cake... It got zapped at about 11 AM eastern yesterday for no apparent reason. I expect it to come back. I had had it vanish once before but only for a few hours... Google is acting really strangely ever since Bing IMO.

Hi Christian, this happened to me too with a site that I put up. It actually got deindexed. When I typed "xxxx.com" into the search it did not show up. I spent a day being annoyed and then I decided to build a few more backlinks and then a day later it showed back up on the first page again. It is still up there weeks later. Hope this helps. |

Hi Christian, This is not uncommon for a new site to disappear and later reappear. Give it some more time you will likely see it pop back into the index. It's very common to see this if you are using a blog post page for your home page. A static page earns a little more trust because the content isn't constantly changing. |

It is a post but it is static there are no comments or any dynamic content I can make it look just like a page with Affiliate Theme. I can also stick it to the homepage so in all practicality it is a static page. It being a post vs a page gives me more options with RSS and Podcast generation. I have personally found them to rank better in the long run... Still no activity... It is still MIA... I can throw more links at it but I have many that have yet to even be seen. I think I need to just wait it out. Webmaster tools is showing 0 pages indexed in the sitemap panel. However, all of my pages are in the index I can see them there. It's the post that is still MIA... It has to come back I am sure... I did do a fair bit of 'tweaking' but it's practically perfect now. Like I said I think I need to let G see that I am done messing with it... I'll resubmit my sitemap and maybe throw some pings at it....

That worked, It's back @#7 ![]() I can get 2 more places but that's about it and I'm under one VERY big authority site I'm not going to beat unless I make it my life's mission. Not bad for a week though and it am sure it will climb those 2 spots soon. OK I feel better now.... All URL's indexed and ready to earn $$ |

It was google doing their dance. One thing I've found is that domain age = better rankings. That's why even though you've got your spot back I wouldn't count on it sticking unless it's an aged domain. |

I want a good keyword researcher, not for min sites but for tech articles. Hit me up if you've got those skillz!

Aged domains are a definite advantage for sure. Amazing how just one spot can double traffic depending on the arrangement of the serps. I know I pissed someone off as I am now outranking all of my competition. I remember when that someone used to be me...

Had a similar situation when I was hitting the money page hard and google sandboxed me, but the page was re-ranked and high in the serps within 2 weeks.
