Default How to Tell What Keyword a Site Ranks for?

I have always used SemRush.com to do this but often they will not show EZA articles keywords they rank for, it is hit and miss. Is there another site similar to SEM ... preferably free?

Thanks but that site does not break down the keywords a site is ranking for like SEM does.

You can also use your analytics to find which keywords people are finding your site with.

I believe the original poster is trying to find what keywords SOMEBODY ELSE'S website ranks for.

You got it. I love SemRush.com but the problem is with EZA articles. There are some that you can plug in and they will tell you the keywords the article is ranking for (great tool) but there are many articles that you put the url in for and it does not give data ... buggy! I am looking for something that works similar to this site.

Alexa.com
Go to site info.
Then click keywords.

Results from neither alexa nor semrush are out of date. It looks like they update their DB each month or in a longer period. I only get such data manually or via rank checker.

I want to track competitors' keywords and their rankings.

How does SEMRush compare to KeywordSpy and Compete?

I am not familiar with those two but SEM Rush works really well for me ... plus it is free.

Marhelper,

How did you get SEMRush for free? Unless I am mistaken for full keyword information, you have to pay.

Hey! We have finally updated to 1.1 version :) Now everything is ok with articles as the have made this kind of search available. Also we have changed the interface to more convenient one (hopefully). All in all, we tried to make the new SEMRush more informative and understandable.
We are still working on the development of this new version, so all your ideas and comments are highly appreciated. Please if you have any send them to out support service (unfortunately, im not able to post the address here)

p.s. jjcali, we may provide you with a promo code that will give you full access to the service, if you address our support service :)
