Hi,
I've created a PPC account and created 1 campaign, and a bunch of ad groups for it, etc. However after 24 hours there's no activity, no impressions, no nothing. I've done all well, added billing, etc. I'm sure of that. May I know why please? Thanks, Karl |

Ads not yet approved. This can be easily checked in your account.
No searches on your keywords. Being outranked by competitors, a combination of low bid and low click rate. You can see in your account if your bid is high enough for serving on page one. Low quality score. Again, you can see that next to each keyword. Having an affiliate site which Google doesn't seem to like much. Direct link instead. Having a "make easy money guaranteed" type of site. |

All of what Lucid said plus the classic human error with adwords is to have your date range set to yesterday or last week or something. Check that your date range is set to today..

Ah yes. Thanks Steve. Sometimes it's just not looking at the data properly. Also must remember that stats are not updated in real time. They are also not updated at the same time. I believe the sequence is impressions first, clicks next and conversions last, which can take up to 24 hours. Groups are also updated first and then campaign level stats so you can see 0 impressions at the campaign level but see some at the ad group level.

Schedule: Start date, end date, ad scheduling, mine is set like this: Start date: Sep 19, 2009 End date: None Also my time zone is set to Malta, not US, which is when US is night here's day. But not sure how much that effects. Ok, it's just like 2-3 days nothing so far, I wait. Thanks, Karl | |

No, he means when you look at your stats in your account. If you set it to show last month's stats for example, obviously in your case there would be no stats since you only just started.
The time zone setting is something just for you. Doesn't affect your account in any way. |
