Order of importance for various keyword selection criteria?

I thought it might be instructive to see what order people put the following criteria in with respect to determining keyword selection.

With the first one being the most important followed by the last one being the least important.

Here are the criteria in no particular order (feel free to suggest criteria and I will add it if I missed one).

- LSV (local search volume)
- ECPC (estimated cost per click)
- number of backlinks.
- number of quality backlinks.
- pagerank
- competition (i.e. loosely the number of sites that show up on Google)

The ranking I personally would use has to do mainly with my method which is oriented around picking them quickly.

I would put them in this order...

- ECPC (estimated cost per click)
- LSV (local search volume)
- competition (i.e. loosely the number of sites that show up on Google)
- pagerank
- number of backlinks.
- number of quality backlinks.

Bear in mind that this ranking and the ranking that I am interested in discussing in this thread is for KEYWORD SELECTION not for on page SEO stuff or any other consideration. Also it is oriented entirely around building profitable Adsense web sites.
