This is an easy little trick that should help you to get double listings in Google.
You will now have a double listing in Google for your main keywords. |

You can create 2 similar contents with similar title tags. One to be posted on your static pages of your site and the other as the blog post. Then build links to these two pages. You should see double listing in Google in a few weeks.

This is an area where the fabled Google "duplicate content rule" might bite you. Assuming that both pages are on the same domain, you need to make the two pages sufficiently different that they are not seen by Google as "duplicate content". How much you have to change, however, I have no idea.
