HI All Im about to start promoting clickbank products using ppc I have spoken to several professionals and some on this forum. I am also using clickbank code as my guide. My guide says I need an authority site plus a landing page for each add group . Others have said thats rubbish you just need an authority site, and still more have said forget the authority site thats for seo just use a landing page for ppc. So which is the best option? Also can someone tell me why the clicks go up on google traffic estimator when you reduce you cpc for some niches ? I want to outsource my ppc does anyone know who the best ppc people are for IMers ? thanks guys Robert |

If you have the time and capability to do a customized landing page for every single keyword, you will see a good conversion. It it optimal? No, but the more detailed your landing pages and conversion path are, the better chances you have of acquiring customers.

| Hi Robert, Yes they are, and in fact my campaigns have improved significantly in many ways (higher CTRs on ads, using negative keywords to focus in on very specific keywords, reducing costs, customised landing pages, capturing leads, improved conversions, etc.) thanks to Dave! Kind regards, Tony |

I have to agree with Tony, Dave is the Clickbank go to Man in my opinion. Especially as you are in the UK. I started a Clickbank campaign with Dave this month and I am also profitable. It is not just about profits though, it is that he helps you test in the right way that you find out what doesn't work with only a small amount of money. I also had the clickbank code product, I am hardly an expert but to answer your question, in general the more pages your site has, the better Google will like the site even when doing PPC. The site structure in Clickbank Code will work. My only problem with the clickbank code just like with many other products was the information was too general, I was hoping to see some real case studies but nothing. The pay per click was also too general. Saying " try the content network and bid half what you pay in search " is not enough. What I know now from the coaching I am getting, is mastering PPC was never going to happen for me from Clickbank Code even though the information is well laid out and clear, it was just not deep enough for me. | |

A small wordpress site is sufficient... doesn't have to be an "authority" site. Google however loves seeing things like Privacy policy, contact, about pages etc. That helps...

Actually, if you do PPC correctly it is probably one of the fastest ways to make a LOT of money, seeing as you can buy traffic. You need to be careful though - you are paying for traffic, and if it actually took 6 months to 1 year for a PPC campaign to become profitable you would find nobody actually doing that. Just need to be aware that you're going to be spending money to make money. You need a budget and you need to know what you're doing. |
