Simply really. Create ads that have higher CTR. That will give you more clicks for the same cost per click. Assuming constant conversion rate, more visitors means more sales, equals more profit. A higher CTR will give you higher QS and better position for the same CPC which may increase your clicks even more. It may even cost less per click.

Simple. Make an informative and good content article or blog, so that people will just keep on coming. more traffic plus more ROI.
