Default Microsoft Adcenter

I tried to setup a PPC campaign with a clickbank affiliate hop link and I keep getting a url error message when I try to save the ad. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what's the solution? Thanks in advance!

You need to contact customer service at the Adcenter. It would seem like they are copying Google in that they don't allow affiliate links.

I recall seeing clickbank hop URLs in Gmail's google ads at the right. But I dont see them anymore. Instead of directly advertising clickbank url, set up a blog, write an article and embed the clickbank hop link inside it, and advertise that blog landing page.

Can I buy a domain name and just use forwarding to the landing page?

As Far as I know they Still allow Direct Affilate links I just double checked it on Microsofts site and it has not changed. Do you have similar aka duplicate campaign? They won't let you make another campain if its to similar.
Also they have guidelines about the address it shows. Well here's the direct link you can read more here at the Editorial Guidlines.

Also On that link it answers your question on Domain name forwarding and landing pages. Hope this helps.
Best of luck,
Mario

I have several campaigns set up on Microsoft Adcenter with direct linking and I do not seem to have your problem. So I think something else is the problem for you. I hope you find the solution.
