Backlink Building

Hi,

For hiring out backlink building, anyone know which is better - Odesk or Elance ?

Is it better to post jobs with a fixed price per link or pay by the hour ?

This is mainly for Angela's and Paul's links plus others I am a member of but don't have time to do for all the sites I have.

Good questions keblack, I'm also interested in starting outsourcing and would love it if anyone could answer these.

don't know who's better but I think you should use a fixed price

Fixed price is easier to dispute if the work isn't done properly. Either they post the links or they don't. If they don't, then you don't have to pay, but if you pay hourly it would be hard to get out if they only posted a few links per hour.

If you're telling them how to build the backlinks i.e. using Paul and Angelas packages then I don't think it makes much of a difference.

You'll probably be giving them the report/instructions to build the backlinks so it's not like they're finding places to backlink for you. It comes down to price/speed and their ability to follow instructions.

Do a trial with a few outsourcers who apply and pick the best one. I think it's important to try a few different people as it doesn't work out with everyone for different reasons.

Saying that I've not used Elance but have used Odesk successfully.

In my experience odesk is many times better than elance or rentacoder in terms of quality.

anyone care to say about how much the services are?

I've been considering outsourcing the profile creation part, I'd still do the actual link dropping myself, I like to let my profiles age awhile before abuse and it's a quality control thing
