Hello,
I just wanted to ask if anyone could help me out here?..I posted an artilce on ezine articles thursday linking back to my site...I was on page 2 at the top for the keyword I was targeting..but now I'm no where to be found any any advice to what happened here ?? |

sometimes there exists fluctuations in SERP rankings.. be patient, your site will come back in the top rankings..

So what is going on?...is Google trying to figure out where to rank my site due to the new back link ?...have you had the same experiences ?...how long does it take ?

Usually as you rank for a keyword, you will be dropped from time to time and within a day or two it will appear again (usually higher too).
Give it a few days and you should be back on top |

So I guess what is happening is Google's system is trying to figure out where to place my site in the index since i just gave it some back link juice right ?

Do not worry too much, as long as your basic on page optimization is ok, it will go back.
If the competitor is too strong, then you might want to do serious linking back to your web page on related keywords as anchor text. |

Do not worry, just few links from EZA don't get your site banned and removed from google. You should spend the time now getting more backlinks to your site instead of waiting for your site to get bump up agian.

If you're sure that your site was once ranked and you did not do anything that could get your site banned then there's no need to worry.
