Like many of you, I'm very upset about this sidewiki development and I'll do anything to block it. I'm not hiding from anything, as some people have implied if you don't accept sidewiki. My sites don't even have any comments and may never have but I'm totally opposed to this invasion. I understand that SSL pages will be saved from sidewiki. My first response to this is to put all my pages on SSL but what are the SEO implications? In a web search I see a lot of potential problems including whether SSL pages are even indexed! So what's the scoop? (Mods, I've posted this thread in the main forum rather than SEO because I think this sidewiki issue is so hot and of interest to almost everyone.) |
