How Much To Charge For Small Business Internet Marketing Management

I am about to get started in the consulting business for internet marketing. I have intermediate skills with SEO and google adwords. What is the ball park I should be charging to help small businesses with their internet marketing? I would be managing their adwords account myself, they will pay for the clicks themselves, but essentially I would take care of everything. I am not sure what is average in the business. Any information would be immensely helpful.
