I just checked out a site of a competitor and he has 311 junk links pointing to his site with almost 600 indexed junk pages. His key words aren't related really yet his site ranks a PR2. I only have around 86 links of all high PR pages and have a PR 0. That's leading me to believe that quality doesn't really matter and that quantity does. Your thoughts please. I'm so tempted to do the same thing that other site did and get all sorts of crap links just to have them. |

What you are saying really depends on a lot of things. How well their site is optimized, their internal link structure, and the actual type of links they are getting. Also the same goes for your site, and what exactly you mean by high pr pages. Are the links followed from those high pr pages... Quality is always better than quantity, but it is good to have a balance of quality and quantity without getting involved in bad link neighborhoods. Also, dont mind the green pr toolbar to much, as long as you outrank your competition for the phrases that you want, that is all that matters. |

| PR is overrated. That being said a link is a link for the most part although some are definitely a lot better most links are positive to at least some degree.
