backlinks packs... is everybody buying them?

Just curious.

Going through my master list of profile spamming sites and a lot of the higher pr sites appear to be squashing this method.

I'm also noticing if I go through the members of a site, on some of them, it's 50% spammers, a few are even worse.

Lots are - they work well. I agree with the spamming part, but every rose comes with thorns - what can you do about it?

just do manual work and not too much back links less than 1000 in a day

Would not ever touch them. Zero PR profile links by common sense are practically worthless (Except to those selling them).

I feel that a lot of people on here are quite unaware of what quality SEO tactics are and are easily taken advantage off. If you take a few minutes and analyse the backlinks of a few qulaity sites you`ll get an idea of what a rank link actually looks like.
