Default Do multiple links to resource from page affect passed PR if one is nofollow?

I have been working on a new website, and as such have been working on a new wordpress theme. In that process it dawned on me what happens to passed PR if a link out of a page occurs twice, once with a rel="nofollow" and the other without rel="nofollow"? Does the full PR pass or does google actually penalizes the one that is absent the rel="nofollow"?

I just want to make sure that I am properly PR shaping my new site. I was wondering if anyone had tested this or knew the answer?

A specific example would be to have a blog post on your home page that has the title linked to the full article. Then you display a "More ..." link because you are showing an excerpt that is rel="nofollow"
