Default PPC For Dummies?

I'm looking for a real step-by-step beginners guide to PPC, preferably an Ebook or something similar. I do not want to get sucked into some monthly membership site, but I could use a comprehensive beginners guide.

Anyone? I know there are a million possible resources, but I'd like a recommendation for a good single source to use as a launch pad.

Sure man. I'm trying to absorb it all. I use Market Samurai a lot, but up until now I've only used it for organic SEO, so any info on using MS for PPC would be very helpful.

Default Re: PPC For Dummies?

Hi i got a question appreciate any advice. I am currently running a few CPA offers via PPC on content network only. 1 of the campaigns, i direct link to the my affiliate site. I set the display url as (www*example.com) but the destination url is my aff site (www*affiliatesite /i d=123456).

Adwords said the ad is disapproved as "Incorrect display url" but im still getting impressions and clicks for that particular campaign.

So what i wanted to ask is it actually running ? or some kind of bug or something. If its not legal i might want to cancel the campaign and put a LP in-between.
