Default Are Pop Up Pages Allowed In Adwords?

I have a landing page that I use for PPC marketing. Am I allowed to have pop-ups for all of the visitors that do not give me their name and information?

Inside AdWords: Why no pop-ups? , there you.

The article above says - We consider a pop-up to be any window, regardless of content, that opens in addition to the original window."

You MAY be able to get away with using instantpopover as it does not open in a new window. Anyway I used to use it on my first ever site with adwords with no problems but that was over a year ago.

To see it in action go here:
-Earn Huge Amounts of Money Selling Brand New eBooks & Software

Works great. It is still one of my favorite tools.

Nope. Still there are new alternatives that are far better and can not be blocked - I usually embed a subscribe box in every site AND use stuff that opens "windows" INSIDE the site
like:
Free Popup Creator | Unblockable Pop up Ads
(I get nothing from this site)

I think they Google started cracking down on Pop-ups during this last slap, so I'd be careful with it
