Any alternative Backlink Lists

I am looking for an alternative list to Angela and Pauls. One that is not so overused and hence resulting in so many shut down sites, and wasting so much time. But, I am not looking to pay $25-50 per backlink lke some members are offering in these forums. ON the other hand willing to pay more then Angela's list. Please answer in PM if you prefer.

This one by Steven Heron is a good one in my opinion. You get 500 forums per month for $10. Few if any will use the whole list each month so it would be hard to over run the list, I believe. Check it out at http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...onth-10-a.html
