why is bing messing with me?

I've been tracking a keyword that I've been making a run for and I've run into an odd issue with bing.

According to my stats, I am receiving traffic from bing for the keyword. Multiple hits a day for several days now.

When I follow the link in my stats program to my bing ranking my site is nowhere to be found. Checking manually through the bing ranking my site is nowhere to be found?

Is bing messing with me? Obviously people are using bing to reach my site but why can't I find my site on bing?

Everything is kosher with google and yahoo.

Bing is weird. That stuff happens to me all the time with them. I think it has something to do with their "decision engine" programming, but I haven't sussed it out yet.

It could also be one of your competitors checking you out and changing their referrer information to mess with you.

Nothing to worry about. I doubt Bing "messes with" people like that. It has its work cut out for it and has better things to do.
