I was researching some micro niches earlier today and found that the top 10 results I get for some keywords without quotes are completely different from the top 10 results with quotes. I am no SEO expert, but that seems like a good sign that the niche should be easy to break into. I say that because I noticed with some other niches, where I searched without quotes, there are sites with the exact keyword in the title and only a few links, beat out sites with hundreds of links but without the exact keyword in the title. What do the experts think? |

the main title (<h1> tags) has quite a weight after the url of course. Doing an exact or phrase match will always yield a smaller result from any search engine. So you can rank in the number 1,2,3 spot if you can get a url with that keyword and then set the <h1> tag to the same keyword. Also make sure you have that keyword in your description (will not be exact of course) and keywords meta tags (can be exact). DZ |
