Fair Ads Network up for sale

Whilst looking for viable Adsense alternatives on the WF I came across a few old posts recommending Fair Ads Network (FAN).

I decided to give them a try and registered one of my sites with them. Somewhere on their site it mentions it taking 24-72 hours for them to notice.

Instead of the expected email saying my site had been accepted/rejected , I got an email saying that FAN was up for sale.

Is that all it takes to put someone out of business - me signing up for an account with them?!?

If so, I miight have to sign up for another Adsense account and bring the big G to its knees [insert evil laughter soundtrack here].

Would be interested to hear from other Warriors who actually did business with them for their thoughts.
