Can I use the articles from ezinearticle to increase my website traffic?

I know I have to include all the author information and links from the original article. I still wondering if it will increase the rank/traffic through google?

Adding an Ezine article to your site will most likely not do you any good in the SERPs. But it may be good for your guests.
It is best if you write the articles or have someone write them for you.
