Hey Jason, I guess it depends. If your page contains just the countdown timer, I think they will penalize your page. But if you add some basic stuff like TOS, Privacy policy, contact, articles -- i guess that would be fine. |

Desmond, thank you. I have all that stuff that google loves. My quality score for many of my best performing keywords are 10 out of 10. I will put the script on and take my chances. Appreciate the feedback. If anyone else has anything contrary to what Desmond said, I'm all ears. Thanks, Jason |

Hey Jason, I second Desmond here. If you build a legit page with, feeding the google monster with what it likes, I don't see your QS taking a significant hit for a countdown script. Keep us posted though. |

Just 2 clicks after I made the script live on my landing page, I made a sale!! So far, I haven't seen any repercussions from "G" for using the script. My quality score is still holding strong at 10/10 and my CPC is around the same as well. Obviously with only 2 clicks since I put this in motion, it's not an accurate enough representation, so will see how it goes after I get some more. Only thing is my search volume is decreasing because the offer is being pulled very shortly. Hope this helps ![]() Jason |

No reduction in Quality Score, (at least I'm pretty sure). I'm still seeing 7/10 and 10/10 for most of my keywords. My first 4 or 5 campaigns before this were mostly flops except I the last one before this where I broke even. Overall during this campaign, I saw almost 4% conversion from overall paid clicks and almost 10% from landing page clicks. Sent well over 1,000 clicks. (went after low hanging fruit - HINT) I'm seeing about 450% ROI* so far :P Thanks, Jason (*DISCLAIMER as required by the FTC: Although I saw extraordinary results during this campaign, this in no way, shape, or form means that you will see the same results. The average PayPerClick advertiser sees an ROI of 0% and makes an average of $.01. In many cases, they lose money.) | |
