Help Needed: How To Import A Campaign into Yahoo Search Marketing

I am trying to upload a campaign from speedppc into yahoo search marketing and it appears that my account does not have import functionality.

Can anyone help me figure this out. I have sent two emails into the customer service department at yahoo and no response in a week.
