OK so I've now submitted and got a few articles approved. Now what's the next step? I've heard I might want to ping them? Also book mark them? I don't really understand the concept yet so can some warrior come through for an injured warrior and lift my spirits?

You need to bookmark the url's where your articles were posted to build backlinks. You can use this sites for that: Automated Content & Bookmark Distribution | OnlyWire The more links you'll get in time the better you'll rank in the search engines for your targeted keywords. Pinging is used to let the search engines know you posted new content. You can use these resource for that: Autopinger - Automates Ping Blog and Podcast for Free Blog and Ping Tool - Use Pingler.com to Drive Traffic your Blogs and Websites Blog and ping | Pingoat Hope this helps. |

OK well Only Wire is a pain to set up and after I did only around half of them would sort of work. I'm thinking SENuke will be much easier but I'm still trying to justify its cost.
