Hey Warriors, I, like may of you have probably realized that it's generally MUCH easier to get EzineArticles ranked in top-10 quickly, then a normal website. I've been having mixed success with some articles hitting the top-10 almost instantly (with minimal backlinking), and others not getting past page 5. So I'm wondering, what you found to be the most surefire-successful plan for getting ezine articles ranked top-10? Is anyone able to consistently rank most of their articles in the top-10, and if so, what is the backlinking plan/method they follow. This should be a very helpful thread for lots of warriors. Thanks in advance for any insights, Cory |

The fastest way to rank on the first page of google for a certain keyword is to make sure the competition is less than 10.000 when you type that keyword in quotes. And you also need to see (when you find that certain keyword with less than 10.000 competing pages) how many backlinks have the first 5 sites on google. Andy. |

If you want to hit number 1 every time, use mass back links!

I like using social bookmarking to push my article sup there. Try Social Bookmarking demon or something similar and see if it makes any difference.

It is not hard. The right keyword research and the right backlinks and you are there consistently.

| I tried once to social bookmark my articles and got so many error messages telling me that this was a spam site that I finally gave up and quit. This was for articles on EZA, so I was just a little surprised, to say the least. I have not done it since. My article marketing was an exercise in futility, to say the least. I have not done it since.

From what I have seen (I have not had much success with ezinearticles, but I am still trying and giving it hope) is that people basically throw backlinks at it, and if it doesn't rank on page #1 of the serps they will just forget about it. Now, that is from what I have seen, so it certainly may not be true in most cases, just an observation. Anyone that gets their ezinearticles to stick using backlinks, what kind of backlinks do you use, if it isn't too much of a secret |
