How long for Image Ad approval on Adwords Content network?

I've setup a new Adwords campaign with dozens of segmented adroups, and loaded up multiple image ads per adgroup. The campaign and adgroups are active, BUT the images are still pending approval.

*** Does anyone know how long it's currently taking to have image ads approved (or at least reviewed) on the content network?

If your adwords account is new it can take a while, even 2 weeks.

The best advice I can give you that works every time for me is this: send an email to support and because of that they'll have to give you an answer, usually in 2-3 days. If the campaigns are according to adword's rules...then you're good to go.

So send that email now

Yeah google image ads take FOREVER to get approved on newer accounts. I've heard a lot of people having to wait up to 2 weeks like andy said. If you can go with the email
