I have about 3 sites that have been on line now for weeks and they are WP platforms. What is the fastest way to get them indexed to show in search results? They won't even show up if the domain name is typed exact url in search box! What is wrong.Did have 2 of them set improper in admin area for not allowing search engines to search. My fault but fixed now. I did make a new site and was sure to change the default setting so that it would allow search. What is the fastest way to get it indexed.

There are many ways to get indexed quick... I get mine in within a few days of building. You can comment on someones blog that does not have nofollow. You can visit Ping-o-Matic! Set up your WordPress with a list of ping sites ![]() search google for "Ping list" to get them all You should get in quick after this... Also, did you submit your site to google? You want to submit your site map... |

Try doing social bookmarkings for your sites. Also do ping your sites, there are free pinging service you could find on the net. You might like to try this pingomatic.com and also this technorati.com/ping. Another thing that you could do for your site is to create backlinks going to it. That way, Google would be able to know that your sites exist from other external sites. To check if your site is indexed type this Google search cache:yoururlhere If your site appears then it is already indexed by Google. |

I am assuming there is content on the site correct? If not, then get to cranking it out, that's the easiest way to get indexed. You can't submit to Google Analytics - but you can submit to Google Webmaster Tools your sitemap. Three weeks seems like quite a long time for them not to be indexed, since you're using WordPress I would check your privacy settings to ensure that your blog is set to "visible" and open to search engines. You may also want to double-check your robots.txt file to ensure that there is nothing preventing Google and the other search engines from indexing the sites. Hope this helps a bit :-) |

Submit to digg, you knoe every second tons of peoples submit story to digg, and of course every second google bot love to come to digg and crwal any new page/site or follow this step : 1. Go to random category on digg 2. Then after you choose the category, go to old previous page and find post with have been there around more than 150 days, you see in below post there is the information about the post, about how long it has been there. 3. Submit your site url to the post you choose, you know those post that have been on digg for a long time usually have a good PR on it.. Goodluck, Vaan |

So with all of the above in mind, you need to... 1. Create a site map, free plugin below... Google (XML) Sitemaps Generator for WordPress It has auto submit so just install, set the setting and your done. 2. Social Bookmark it Submit individual pages to bookmarking sites 3. Submit Articles. Articles are a good way to get your site indexed. Submit 2-3 to ezines. 4. Incoming links. Try blog commenting or Yahoo answers and get a few backlinks as well. 5. Submit you site-map to G-Webmaster tools. 1 of my old sites was sand-boxed (banned from g search) and I managed to pull it out and get it indexed just by submitting a few articles to ezines. It holds a PR2 rank now and hasn't been updated for 8 months! Good luck, hope this helps. |

Your blogs must be very new. Give it a few days. Wordpress blogs are optimized enough to attract the google spider to start indexing your website.

Hey, Here is a very fast tips to get your site indexed. Submitted your website to Clipmarks - What are you finding on the web? immediately and submit your site. Google spider crawl that site often and it's easier for the spider to reach your website as well. After that, signup for Automated Content & Bookmark Distribution | OnlyWire and setup your socialbookmarking account. Once all are setup, onlywire your website as well. These are all free tools, the only problem is that you need to spend some time to setup the account. But it's only 1 time effort and you can re-use this method again and again. Hope this helps. Regards, Winson Yeung |

Honestly friend I think they are all just the same as each other. Just another marketing term to get you to buy there marketing services for your website. Good luck with promotion of your site I'm assuming though. And always just remember the key is just good fresh content that people want to find online anyways.
